CEO Breakfast Roundtable

Culture - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

28th Feb 2020, 8am till 10am, Riding House Cafe, London

They say employees are a company’s greatest asset and yet it’s unfortunately all too common for them to be taken for granted.

We’ll look at the role a company’s mission, vision and values can play in building a strong culture, the benefits of ensuring these are ingrained within the business and risk of assuming they are inherent in the business already.

We’ll look at the importance of authentic leadership, and the pressure it brings, when it comes to building and maintaining an engaging culture.

Your employee’s mental health and wellbeing should form part of your culture strategy and we’ll discuss the success and failures in this area.

Finally, we’ll look at employee benefits. Are they artificial? Do you actually know what motivates each and every one of your employees?

The event is a great opportunity to have a very open and honest discussion with peers, sharing knowledge, discussing best practice and hearing from a wide range of different perspectives.
